Architecture
Links to all architecture documents are on this page. The Architecture Guidelines define the Park Paseo Homeowners Association requirements and procedures for members wnating to upgrade the external appearance of their properties. This includes house painting, landscaping, new driveways, the installation of satellite dishes, driveway repair and replacement, and other projects. Details are provided in the Guidelines.
Specific questions concerning your requirements should be directed to the Architecture Committee at their monthly meeting, by email care of the Managing Agent (Lynn Wyatt <Lynn.Wyatt@associa.us>), or by post to the member club house (Archtecture Committee, 25 Christamon W., Irvine, CA 92620).
In rough measure, these are the steps to project completion:

- Submit a completed Paint Application to the Architecture Committee.
- On approval, paint. On disapproval you can appeal.
- On project completion, submit a Notice of Completion.
- For non-house painting
- Submit a completed Non-Paint Application to the Architecture Committee.
- On approval, begin work. On disapproval you can appeal.
- On project completion, submit a Notice of Completion.
Details of the exact requirements for exterior improvements are in the Architecture Guidelines. The steps above are not complete, the Guidelines are.
