Governing Documents
Documents in this page can be divided into Governing Documents and
Association relevant documents.
The Governing Documents define who we are, how we are to be organized and in what manner we can maintain our Association in good order while maintaining the attractiveness of our community. As an example, the Architecture Committee guides us in maintaining an attractive appearance to our homes, the CC & R’s provide a guideline to acceptable community standards, and the Bylaws and the Park Paseo Homeowner Association Board defines how we are organized.
The Association relevant documents establish our relationship to other things. There is an Irvine Planning Map, for example, which defines the cities definition of planning zones, and there is a map of the community. Basically a hodgepodge of differing documents relevant to us.
The retyped documents are meant to represent their originals exactly. For any given page, for any given line the words are identical in both the original and the retyped. Unlike the original documents, the retyped versions are ‘cleaner’, have a table of contents, and allow copying and searching If you see any errors, please tell me so that I can fix them.
