The Park Paseo Homeowners Analysis Tool performs forensic analysis on the Audited and Unaudited budgets and the Reserve Data Analysis reports. It is designed to deliver the following standard reports.

  • RAW Data: annual data is output to replicate the reports received by each homeowner.
  • Normalized Data: annual data is output using standard names, categories, and subcategories.
  • Standard Report: annual data is output to allow direct year-over-year comparisons.
  • Normalized names, categories and subcategories for Audited and Unaudited budgets and capital assets.
  • Forensic Report: two consecutive years are analysed for reportable asset discrepancies. Some discrepancies are:
    • Missing assets: assets in the earlier report missing from the next report.
    • New assets: assets in the next report missing from the earlier report.
    • Out-of-range: assets which have more liability year-over-year than the HOA inflation rate.
    • Life: erroneous change the remaining life or total life of an asset.

The reports provide insight into the operation of the association. They can be used to identify errors in managing our resources.
